Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the coat does not fit properly. To qualify for an exchange, you must email us at theefurvault@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will not be accepted after this 7-day window.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The coat must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process.

Processing and Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1-2 weeks
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your coat arrives damaged or defective, please email us at theefurvault@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damage and your order number for review. If approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been shipped. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. For additional assistance, you can email us at theefurvault@gmail.com.
